<p>Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu landed in Washington for a diplomatic visit with US President Donald Trump, his office said.</p><p>"The Prime Minister was received at Blair House, the official and historic guest house of the White House, by its manager, who told him that this was Netanyahu's 14th visit to Blair House - many more than any other foreign leader in the history of the guest house, which was built in the 19th century," the statement said.</p>

<p>Israel's Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, wrote in a post on X on Sunday, "I was excited to welcome Prime Minister Netanyahu, who just landed in Washington ahead of his meeting with President Trump."</p><p>Danon added, "This is an important meeting that strengthens the deep alliance between Israel and the United States and will enhance our cooperation."</p>

<p>The Khor Mor gas field in the autonomous Kurdish region of Iraq was attacked by a drone, according to reports in Iraqi media on Sunday.</p><p>The attack, which caused a fire at the facility managed by a company from the United Arab Emirates, did not affect gas production. Iraq's Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia' Al Sudani, condemned the incident and ordered the establishment of a special investigation committee.</p>
