B‑2 Spirit stealth bombers return to Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri after completing their precision strike mission on Iran’s nuclear sites.

<p>US President Donald Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform that the B-2 which took part in the strikes on Iran had returned to the US.</p><p>"The GREAT B-2 pilots have just landed, safely, in Missouri. Thank you for a job well done!!! DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!" he wrote.</p>

<p>Air defense systems were activated in Tehran and the Karaj region of Iran overnight.</p><p>According to reports, the IDF carried out strikes in Parchin, Tehran, Karaj, and additional areas.</p>

<p>A short while ago, the IDF identified missiles launched from Iran toward the territory of the State of Israel.</p><p>Defensive systems are operating to intercept the threat.</p><p>Upon receiving an alert, the public is instructed to enter a protected space and remain there until further notice.</p><p>Leaving the protected space is only permitted following an explicit directive. <p>US President Donald Trump held a phone call overnight with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer following the US strike in Iran.</p><p>Starmer’s office reported, “The leaders discussed the situation in the Middle East, reiterated the serious threat posed by Iran’s nuclear program to international security, and reviewed the actions taken by the US last night to reduce the threat. They agreed that Tehran must not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.” The statement also noted that both leaders emphasized “the need for Iran to return to the negotiating table as soon as possible and to move toward a sustainable agreement.”</p>
